Bev Cart Attendant

Seasonal Full-time /Part-time (April- mid October)

Cart Attendant to join our team for the golf season. This full-time seasonal role is focused on providing excellent customer service to golfers by offering beverages and light snacks throughout the course. Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred. Smart Serve / Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain), must be 19 yrs or older. Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be reliable and available for weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities: Operate the beverage cart safely and efficiently on the golf course. Serve beverages and snacks to golfers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Stock, clean, and maintain the beverage cart. Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.

Guest Services Attendant

Seasonal Full-time /Part-time (April- mid October)

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for carts, staging areas, practice facilities, and guest-facing spaces. Provide knowledgeable and engaging service related to Academy programs, club offerings, merchandise, and equipment. Leverage strong product and program knowledge to drive guest engagement and support sales of practice balls and equipment. Maintain excellent situational awareness to anticipate golfer needs and adjust operations in real time. Operate range picker vehicles and Academy equipment safely in accordance with established procedures. Sous Chef

Job Description: The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations at the golf course restaurant. This role ensures high-quality food preparation, consistent presentation, and efficient service for members, guests, tournaments, banquets, and special events. The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in maintaining culinary standards, food safety, and a positive team environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Supervisor Experience in a golf club, country club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills knowledge of banquet and event service. Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Passion for quality food and guest satisfaction. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.
Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service. Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain consistency and quality across restaurant, banquet, and event menus. Help develop seasonal menus and daily specials appropriate for a golf club setting. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff. Step in as acting Chef in the absence of the Executive Chef. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Chef de Partie

Job Description: The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Working within a golf club restaurant environment, the role supports both daily service and special events such as tournaments, member functions, and private bookings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up. Experience in a hotel, golf club, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods and events. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, early mornings, and events. Professional cookery qualification (preferred but not essential). Red Seal Certification (preferred but not essential) Food Safety & Hygiene certification (required or willingness to obtain). Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.
Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for a specific kitchen section (e.g. Grill, Pan Ala-carte, Salad, Fry, Call). Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standards and specifications. Ensure consistency and quality across all food service, including à la carte, clubhouse dining, and event catering. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and daily specials. Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants within your section. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness at all times. Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist with ordering and stock rotation. Ensure equipment is used correctly and report maintenance issues promptly. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Line Cook

Job Description: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service. This role supports daily clubhouse dining as well as tournaments, events, and private functions in a fast-paced golf hospitality environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings. Culinary training or kitchen experience (preferred but not essential). Food Safety & Hygiene certification (required or willingness to obtain). Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.
Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards. Work efficiently on assigned kitchen stations (Grill, Fry, Prep, Salad.) Assist with food preparation before service, including mise en place. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service. Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste. Properly handle kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods and special events. Helping and supporting dishwasher to clean the dish area during closing. Through cleaning of kitchen, sweeping & mopping every night during busy operation.
